Serving Riverside County since 1997, Attorney Shaun Hanson is a founding
Hanson, Gorian, Bradford & Hanich. He has spent the majority of his legal career practicing in family law
courts, and has handled more than 5,000 family law cases over the years.
Mr. Hanson has a deep understanding of the complexities of
family law cases. It is always his goal to take all reasonable steps to achieve an amicable
resolution or settlement outside of the court system. He understands,
however, that sometimes even the best intentions to resolve a divorce
in a peaceful manner can become impossible and it is best for the matter

H. Charles "Chuck" Gorian, Partner
Criminal Defense Attorney
Attorney Chuck Gorian has been working exclusively to protect the rights
of the accused since 2002. He has practiced in all civil and criminal
courts in Southern California, including the federal court system. He
is admitted to the California State Bar and the Central and Southern Districts
of the Federal Court system. He has experience handling all types of misdemeanor
and felony cases, including DUI, drug crimes, theft crimes, homicide and
Riverside criminal defense lawyer, Mr. Gorian is dedicated to upholding the rights of those who have been
accused of a criminal offense, no matter how tough the circumstances may
seem. His extensive knowledge and familiarity with the court system is

Erik J. Bradford, Partner
Family Law Attorney
Attorney Erik Bradford has been working in family law since before he graduated
from law school. Since becoming a member of the California State Bar in
2001, he has maintained that dedication to serving families in the area.
He is experienced in handling all types of divorce cases, including those
with complex custody or property/asset division issues.
In his personal time, Mr. Bradford enjoys spending time with his wife and

Certified Family Law Specialist
Danica L. Hanich is a partner at Hanson, Gorian, Bradford & Hanich.
Ms. Hanich is a
Certified Family Law Specialist with the California Board of Legal Specialization, a part of the California
State Bar. There are only approximately 30 Certified Specialists in Family
Law in Riverside County. Ms. Hanich has exclusively practiced Family Law
for the last 14 years.
Before becoming a partner with Hanson, Gorian, Bradford & Hanich, Ms.
Hanich was a sole practitioner in Temecula, California. Prior to that,
she was a partner at Powers & Hanich in Hemet for more than ten years.
On numerous occasions, Ms. Hanich has sat as Judge Pro Tem in Riverside
Superior Court in Family Law matters. She has been the past President
of Mt. San Jacinto Bar Association and is a member of the Southwest Bar
Association and Inns of Court.
For her undergraduate degree, Ms. Hanich attended California State University
at Long Beach concentrating on Political Science and Speech Communication.
She attended California Southern Law School at night while working as
a Legal Assistant during the day. Ms. Hanich was granted her Juris Doctor
in 1999 and sworn in as an Attorney at Law on June 5, 2000.
Ms. Hanich enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her husband and two sons.
Associate Family Attorney
Ms. Spear is an associate attorney with Hanson, Gorian, Bradford, and Hanich.
Attorney Spear discovered her passion for the law when working as a legal
assistant at a boutique bankruptcy firm in Palm Desert, California.
After being told she had the skills to be a great attorney, and upon realizing
that the profession was in need of strong, loyal, and charismatic women,
she began her pursuit of a juris doctorate degree at Western State University
College of Law. Ms. Spear graduated
Magna Cum Laude and proceeded to pass the California Bar Exam on her first attempt.
Although considered a very challenging and strenuous field, Ms. Spear has
always wanted to practice Family Law as it carries an important human
element not always found in other practice areas.
Ms. Spear thrives at providing not only resilient advocacy for her clients,
but doing so in a sympathetic and compassionate manner.
Associate Family Attorney
Attorney Ann Miller is an Associate Attorney with Hanson, Gorian, Bradford
& Hanich. Ms. Miller completed her undergraduate studies at the University
of Iowa with a major in Human Resources. She discovered her passion for
law during her studies at Iowa while taking business law and labor relations.
She worked for nine years in the labor force prior to entering law school.
Ms. Miller obtained her law degree at Northern Illinois University and
Cum Laude in 2001. Ms. Miller took the Illinois Bar, passed on her first attempt,
and practiced law in Illinois for 15 years, 8 of which was in private
practice. Ms. Miller moved to California in June of 2017, took the February
2018 bar and passed on her first attempt. Ms. Miller entered into practice
in California with Hanson, Gorian, Bradford and Hanich in April, 2019.
While in private practice in Illinois, Ms. Miller handled many family law
cases, was appointed to represent the best interests of minors and served
as a family law mediator. Through working in family law for many years,
Ms. Miller has developed an in depth understanding of the difficulties
families face when a marriage ends and treats clients and the opposing
party with respect and compassion. Ms. Miller is a firm believer in the
value of settlement and makes every attempt to settle cases in an expeditious
manner. When it is clear that settlement is not possible, Ms. Miller is
not afraid to try cases to ensure the client's rights are met.
Ms. Miller is a member of the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association
and believes strongly in community involvement. She was appointed as Vice
President- Fundraising ofRedhawk Elementary PTA for the 2017-2018 school
year, was elected as Recording Secretary for Redhawk Elementary PTA for
the 2018-2019 school year and was elected as Vice President- Programs
for Great Oak High School PTSA for the 2018-2019 school year.
