Shaun Hanson

Shaun Hanson is a founding partner of Hanson, Gorian & Bradford. Mr. Hanson has been serving the Southwest Riverside County area since 1997, practicing primarily in the family law courts.

While Mr. Hanson provides aggressive representation should a matter proceed to court, he also understands that the relationships involved in family law cases continue at the conclusion of the legal matter, particularly when children are involved. Mr. Hanson takes all reasonable steps to resolve the matter in as amicable a fashion as possible, without the sacrifice of your legal rights of the status of your case. He also understands that being involved in a family law matter can be one of the most difficult times a person will experience and that guidance during this period can be one of the most valuable functions his office can provide.

While settlement out of court is often the preferred approach, it is not always possible. Should your matter proceed to court, he will provide effective and aggressive representation and enjoys an excellent reputation with the courts and counsel in the area, as well as extensive experience in all aspects of family law including custody, support issues and complex property disputes.

H. Charles "Chuck" Gorian

Mr. Gorian graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California during the summer of 1998. As a native of Riverside County, after graduation he was offered an associate attorney position with Hanson, Gorian & Bradford located in Temecula, California. With this firm, he practiced in all civil and criminal courts in Southern California including the Federal Courts.

Here, he developed his passion for criminal defense. Starting with alcohol related offenses, he slowly began to handle more serious cases. Recognizing his need to champion the rights of the accused, in 2002, Chuck Gorian founded Gorian & Kish, a law firm located in Riverside, California devoted solely to criminal defense.

Admitted to California State Bar, and Central and Southern Districts of the Federal Court System, 1998 Practice areas relating to criminal defense include domestic violence, drug, theft, fraud, white collar, homicide and sex-related offenses

Erik J. Bradford

B.S. in Justice Studies, Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ 1996. He attended law school at Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, CA and graduated from law school and became a member of the California State Bar 2001.

Worked at a Pasadena law firm specializing in Family Law for two years prior to graduating from law school. Worked as lead counsel handling family law matters exclusively since becoming a licensed attorney in 2001. Experienced in handling matters before the Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego County courts.

Personal interests include spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, attending car shows and watching sports on television.
